How to Ease Digestion With Tea.



If you have ever had problems with digestion you may want to try drinking teas with a specially of herbs that helps with digestion. While there are many recipes out there, I prefer the one written below because I like the taste of lemon balm and
rosemary
together.







Things You'll Need:





2 parts peppermint herb




1part Tarragon herb




1 part lemon balm herb




1 part Chamomile flowers




1 part Fennel Seed




1/2 part Rosemary herb




Honey to taste




Air tight jar.

Pour all dry mix into airtight jar (preferably amber colored glass) and close lid.

Shake to jar to stir gently.

Prepare a cup of hot water and stir in one to two teaspoons of the heb teas mixture made about.

Then let sit for a few minutes and then sip slowly.








Tips & Warnings










Drink a cup of the digestion tea once or twice a day to relieve digestion. Works great after a big meal.
